I’m Phoebe.

I offer deep and transformational, transpersonal psychotherapy and ceremonial work. We each have our own unique flame, our soul’s blueprint. I long to see people in their fully expressed light, aligned with their Truth and the flow of the current of life, standing confidently and radiantly in their power- this is what my work endeavours to reconnect you to, and my commitment to you as your therapist is to hold you in your highest, and hold the template of that for you, always.

I concern myself with the intersection between individual healing and collective awakening- I do not believe we can separate the two. My practice sits at the meeting point of rigorous psychotherapy and expanded states of consciousness. I work with people who value psychological integrity as much as spiritual insight, and who want a space where both can be explored, together. This often includes clients who have engaged with ceremonial psychedelic work, plant medicines or other non-ordinary states and are seeking deep and meaningful, that is both relational and embodied, and spiritually attuned.

We build a relationship together. Through that relationship, we attend to the nervous system, early attachment patterns, protective strategies, and unconscious dynamics, while also honouring experiences of meaning, mystery, and transformation that sit beyond the personal psyche. I see the world through an animistic lens- spirit has its place in this work. I am less interested in symptom management alone and more interested in supporting a deep reorganisation of how you relate to yourself, others, and Life itself.

I work best with clients who are ready to take responsibility for their inner world, who value depth, and who are seeking a therapist able to hold complexity, intensity, and subtlety with steadiness and care, in a field of Love. My practice is suited to those seeking a high level of presence, discernment, and psychological maturity in their therapeutic work.

Throughout the year I work one-to-one with a treasured group of clients, and run a transpersonal therapy group, called Together with a beautiful, connected community, and a monthly online breathwork journey. How I do itâ€Ķ

My approach is at once both rigorously grounded and spiritually attuned- I am a trauma-trained psychotherapist and work in the spaces of developmental psychology, attachment patterns, the depth of shadow and psyche, the nervous system and body- and- it is from these deep roots that the work can explore the soul, the archetypal, the collective, the ancestral, the energetic and the spiritual domains that, I believe, are so essential in any healing modality that endeavours to work with a human being.

I specialise in working with, and through, expanded-states of consciousness. I work with the Inner Healing Intelligence, the force that weaves itself through all existence, that moves through your body, your psyche, your mind, your soul and your spirit. This force is supremely intelligent, it knows what is needed for your highest healing, growth, transformation and joy. It is Love. We work together to bring you (back) into connection with that. It is from that place we, as individuals, and humanity, will heal, rise and thrive.

My extensive training has given me a wide variety of “tools”, and yet this is not all I bring to my work with my clients. I have a strong and activating energetic field which has brought online within me certain abilities* which I have found to be extremely beneficial in the work I do, and means I have a big capacity- I can hold a lot.

* I am not special. Every human being on this planet has unique gifts and abilities. I am grateful to have befriended mine and am ever learning how to use them for the highest and best outcome.

Consciousness as we know it is undergoing a monumental shift. We, as a collective, are evolving beyond the survival instinct of the psyche, into an existence guided by Love rather than governed by fear. This can be messy business. What we are seeing on Earth at this time, is a direct mirror of what is happening to consciousness- they are not, and cannot be separated. This time on Earth is ripe with opportunity for transformation, and, is equally a delicate time. We must do the work to enable the transformation to take place. What we do at this time matters. You matter.

I believe in Life. I believe in our ability to bring Heaven to Earth in this lifetime: to live in harmony, beauty and peace, aligned with and expressing Truth and Love. This is our true nature. It is my heartfelt intention to assist you in the remembering and embodiment of your own unique frequency and connection to Love, and to dissolve and transform all that is blocking you from that.
